• Can we carry Hot drinks in this Bag too?
• Yes, you can carry Hot drinks in this bag. However, the thermal insulation time will vary accordingly.

• Can this bag be used for keeping Cold and Hot drinks together?
• No, we suggest you either carry Cold or Hot drinks at one time. Please do not mix both in the same bag as it will not give you the desired results.

• Currently, we are shipping online retail orders across India covering almost 27000 pin codes.  For B2B Bulk orders we ship orders across the world. Be rest assured, if we are unable to ship the order to your location, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.

• Do you accept returns?
• Yes, return orders are accepted only in case of any Manufacturing Defect or Product Malfunction within 15 days of the delivery of the product.  You may opt for a full refund or product exchange while returning the product. Please refer to the Return Policy Here.

• What warranty do your poducts carry?
• All our Bottle Cooler Bags carry a warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery. The Insulin Cooler Bags, Beer Can Cooler Bags and Sleeves carry a warranty of 3 months. The warranty is against any manufacturing defects only. Regular wear & tear and product damage will not be considered under a warranty claim.
