🚚 Outer Woods – Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the official Outer Woods website operated by Dozy Cozy LLP.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India only
- Orders are shipped through trusted third-party logistics partners
3. Shipping Charges
- ✅ Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India
🔒 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is currently not available on the website
- If enabled in future:
- A nominal fee may be charged
- Additional verification may be required
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro / Major Cities: 5–7 working days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 7–9 working days

6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via:
- SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if available)
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and being available for delivery
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailable
- Incorrect address
- Invalid contact details
Then:
- The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
- If an order is returned due to customer-related issues:
- Company may re-ship the order (additional charges may apply)
OR - Cancel the order
- Company may re-ship the order (additional charges may apply)
Refund (if applicable):
- Shipping charges may be deducted before processing refund
9. Undelivered Prepaid Orders
- If a prepaid order is not delivered due to logistics issues:
- Customer will be notified
- A full refund will be processed
10. Address & Contact Accuracy
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- Any changes must be communicated before dispatch

11. Delivery Delays (Force Majeure)
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes / lockdowns
- Government restrictions
- Courier disruptions
Outer Woods is not liable for such delays but will assist in resolution
12. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
- If the package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery, OR
- Record an unboxing video
- Report within 24 hours of delivery with proof
13. Split Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately
- No additional shipping charges will apply
